The final few weeks of what has been an enthralling Premier League season is finally upon us. Three teams are battling it out at the summit to see who will be crowned champions, with Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester City going toe to toe with each other.
While the previous few seasons have seen two teams fighting it out at the top, very rarely are there three sides involved this close to the finish line, and it makes for an exciting finish.
Premier League betting odds
For those interested in betting on the Premier League, City are the clear favourites to win yet another title under Pep Guardiola, as they currently sit at odds of 6/5.
However, they’re not having it all their own way this season, as with regards to a football bet, Liverpool are hot on their heels at odds of 2/1. Jurgen Klopp will be aiming to end his nine-year association with the Anfield side on a high note.
Arsenal are perhaps the form team in the top flight at the minute, yet they are third favourites at odds of 13/5, which is surprising considering they have the fewest matches to play in all competitions following their FA Cup defeat to Liverpool in January.
City always tend to come good at this time of the season, but will Guardiola make history in the next few weeks?
Man City can make English top-flight history this season
Since the creation of the English Football League in 1888, no club has won four league titles in a row. Huddersfield, Arsenal, Liverpool, and Manchester United have each won three in succession through the years, could this barrier be broken this season?
City still have a wonderful chance of winning a second successive treble as they are currently in the semi-finals of the FA Cup and the quarter-finals of the Champions League, but it is the top flight that Guardiola will be targeting the most.

After 28 games, City currently occupy third spot in the table, just a point behind Liverpool and Arsenal. They haven’t quite been at their free-scoring best, however, netting 63 goals, again placing them behind the aforementioned two ahead of them.
Guardiola has been hampered by injuries to Kevin De Bruyne and Erling Haaland this season, robbing City of their spark at times, but the duo are both fit and healthy for the climax of the campaign.
The club face a relatively straightforward final ten fixtures, which include games against Wolves, Fulham, Luton Town, and Nottingham Forest, hardly a daunting prospect.
Due to other involvements, the games will come thick and fast for the Manchester side, with rotation looking like it could be the best course of action if the Spaniard looks to win another treble.

Klopp will cement his legacy should he win another Premier League title, while Mikel Arteta will become the youngest-ever manager to win the league, taking the record from Jose Mourinho.
As for Guardiola? He could win his sixth English top-flight title should City overtake Liverpool and Arsenal, closing to within seven of Sir Alex Ferguson’s record of 13 titles.
